About ME: I have always been exposed to the benefits of health and fitness from a young age due to my diagnosis of Perthes disease. This motivated me to ensure I remained fit and healthy and lead to a highly successful karate career spanning 13 years. I started mobile personal training and boot camps 4 years ago and recently became a new mum. Becoming a mum gave me further awareness and a new perspective on the health and fitness industry and the need for more accessible exercise classes for women at different stages of their life. I am now pre and postnatal trained and teach classes specific in these areas. I have also trained several menopausal women and have enjoyed supporting them at that end of their journey too.
