Training Initiatives LTD - somewhat boring name - was formed in 2001 by John Gibson and commenced trading the same year as a training provider and employment broker trading under the name of T.I.G.E.R.S. We perceived a gap in the training and employment market for quality and relevant training programmes with a professional delivery as well as establishing and developing a vibrant portfolio of employers who are looking to service their business needs through new emerging talent. The journey to date has been most exciting and rewarding with TIGERS assisting, supporting and directing high numbers of primarily young persons and adults into the world of work. Our uniqueness is demonstrated in our cradle to grave approach that allows us to identify clients we can work with, delivery of training needs, employer engagement and support for sustainable employment by Modern Apprenticeships or wrap around qualifications. TIGERS continues to grow year on year and have entered into strong partnerships with businesses forming a strong engagement profile in the construction and related industries. Our people are our major resource and take pride in our customers receiving a welcoming and life enhancing experience with TIGERS that can lead to pathwaying their learning and career aspirations whilst working with quality businesses.
